Uplands have progressed to the 2nd round of the WRU National Bowl Competition after a 31-17 hard fought victory against Llandeilo, Man of the Match Rhys Williams grabbed a brace of tries whilst Greg Handley, Lewis Eynon and Youth product Alex Wilson netted one a piece.
